Blueberry Basil Smash
Ingredients-Serves 4:
- Half pint blueberries
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, thinly sliced + more for garnish
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 6 oz gin
- 20 oz sparkling water
Directions:
- Fill 4 cocktail glasses with ice. Add blueberries and basil to a medium sturdy mixing bowl and muddle using a muddler (or a wooden spoon) until the berries have been crushed and the basil is fragrant. Scrape the berry mixture into a pitcher.
- Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin to the pitcher. Mix well until fully incorporated. Add sparkling water and stir again.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with whole basil leaves. Cheers!

Strawberry Thyme Spritz
Ingredients-Serves 4:
- 6 large strawberries, cut into quarters
- 8 sprigs of thyme, divided
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 20 oz sparkling rosé (about ¾ the bottle)
Directions:
- Fill 4 cocktail glasses with ice. Add strawberries and the leaves of 4 thyme sprigs to a sturdy medium mixing bowl and muddle using a muddler (or a wooden spoon) until the berries are mashed and well combined with the thyme. Scrape the berry + thyme mixture into a pitcher.
- Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and sparkling rosé to the pitcher and stir until well combined.
- Pour into glasses and top each cocktail with an additional thyme sprig. Cheers!
